Lynda Seltun maintains a practice focused exclusively on estate planning and is unique among estate planning practitioners. She does not believe in merely drafting documents and filing them away; rather, she is firmly committed to serving clients and protecting their interests by creating lifelong relationships.
Lynda graduated from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and is a member of the California State Bar Association. She began her legal career by managing a patent portfolio for a nutraceutical company in Washington State, but craved a more meaningful and satisfying professional experience, one where she could help people protect themselves and their families.
Ms. Seltun is proud to serve residents of California by providing comprehensive, sophisticated, and effective estate planning services while fostering an environment of trust and understanding for every client. In particular, she strives to make the estate planning process as enjoyable as possible for each client. Ms. Seltun prioritizes creating an environment that feels both safe and comfortable to openly discuss subjects that are very personal in nature. She finds great satisfaction in helping people protect their wealth, ensure their wishes are met, provide for and protect the people they love, and create lasting legacies.
As a wife and mother of two, Lynda understands that life can get busy, and it’s easy to procrastinate on doing the really important things – like making sure both you and your family are protected in the event of your incapacity or death. Knowing that all adults, regardless of net worth or marital status, need comprehensive estate planning to ensure that their wishes are followed and their loved ones protected, Lynda has a passion to help people create estate plans that accomplish exactly those goals.
“The process of creating an estate plan can be emotionally taxing, as the necessary topics may be difficult to discuss. Everyone should have access to estate planning services that are comprehensive, effective, and tailored to meet each person’s unique situation. I am proud to have structured my services to be as client-friendly as possible. If you’d like, we can sit down face-to-face in one of my San Diego offices, or, if it’s more convenient for you, let’s meet virtually, whether by telephone or video chat; but from the comfort of your home. I want my clients to have the best experience possible with estate planning. This is why I offer the option to collaborate with me at a time that is most convenient and in a setting that is most comfortable for you. After all, this process is designed, above all else, to serve you, the client.”
